Rate applicable per night with a minimum two night stay clause.
Once the reservation is made the entire payment for the reservation has to be
collected upfront for the confirmation of the reservation.
In the event that there is a cancellation or amendment of a confirmed
reservation – one night’s retention is applicable.
Children below the age of 5 Years stay with compliments of hotel with meals.
Two Children below the age of 12 years would be accommodated at 2000 INR
Per kid per day without an extra bed in premiere room and above.
Two children below the age of 12 years would be accommodated in Lagoon Suite
at 2000 INR Per kid per day without an extra bed. If extra bed required it would
be @ Rs. 3000 per night per bed.
Extra adult @ Rs. 4000 per night per bed only in a Lagoon Suite. Not
recommended in Pavilion & Conservatory Premiere Room.
Check in 1400 Hrs and Check out 1200 Hrs.

Cancellation Policy:
Any Cancellation 15 Days Prior shall draw One Night Retention charges .
Any Cancellation 14 Days or less prior to arrival shall draw full stay retention.
